Getting Here
Leeds is one of the most connected and accessible cities in the UK, making the Entrepreneurs Festival easy to reach. Positioned at the centre of the country, the city is served by direct rail links from across the UK — just over two hours from London, around three hours from Edinburgh, 25 minutes from York and under an hour from Manchester.
Leeds City Railway Station sits in the heart of the City Centre, adjacent to Leeds City Square, 0.8 miles from the Festival site. Book via National Rail.

The Festival at the Royal Armouries is within walking distance of Leeds Station. Follow the signed pedestrian routes towards Leeds Dock.
On arrival days, wayfinding will be in place and staff will be positioned along the route to guide you directly to the Festival site.
Leeds sits directly on the UK motorway network, making access simple from all directions:
- The M1 connects Leeds to London and the south
- The M62 links east to Hull and west to Manchester and Liverpool
- The A1(M) provides a direct route north towards Newcastle and Edinburgh
The nearest car park is CitiPark, Leeds Dock, LS10 1LE. Spaces are limited and can be booked in advance
Three sites operate regular services into the city, avoiding city-centre traffic:
- Elland Road – best for arrivals from the south and west (M621 J2)
- Temple Green – suited to routes from the north and east (M1)
- Stourton – for access from the south and south west (M621 J7)
Buses run every 10–20 minutes, journey time around 10–15 minutes. All sites offer parking, EV charging and quick onward access. Website: iparkandride.com
Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) offers domestic and international connections. Transfer via taxi (approx. 25–30 minutes to Leeds Dock) or bus, with regular routes directly into Leeds City Centre.
Manchester Airport (MAN) provides extensive international connections, with direct train services to Leeds taking just over an hour.
Dedicated bicycle storage is available around the venue.
Accommodation
Leeds offers a wide range of accommodation, with many hotels located in the city centre within walking distance of Royal Armouries, Leeds Dock and Leeds Station — perfect for early starts, evening events and exploring everything Leeds has to offer.
Additionally, areas such as Colton, Morley, Garforth, Rothwell and Hunslet offer options within a short drive of the venue. A little further afield, Wakefield, Bradford, Harrogate, York and Huddersfield — all within 30 minutes by train — provide further choice, often with easier parking and a quieter base outside the city centre.

Accessibility
The Entrepreneurs Festival aims to create a fully inclusive environment for all.
The Royal Armouries, Leeds Dock and Citipark are fully accessible venues providing step-free entry throughout, with lifts to all floors and wide, accessible routes across public and event spaces. Accessible toilets are available, along with Blue Badge parking within Citipark. Assistance dogs are welcome, and manual wheelchairs can be provided on request.
If you have specific requirements, share them during registration so the team can ensure everything is in place for your arrival.
Security
Your Festival pass must be worn at all times and must be clearly visible. Report lost passes immediately to the Registration Office.
The following items are prohibited:
- Any item that could be used as a potential weapon, compromise public safety, or damage venue property — examples include knives, sprays or powders
All luggage larger than a small backpack should be left in the cloakroom.
